    4.Cancellation, Substitution and Refund Policy
Special Rates for hotels and other services are negotiated by the CSA based on the number of persons who register for the Conference. The Cancellation policy reflects this and protects commitments made by the CSA in negotiations. Cancellations received by 2008 September 30 are subject to a $100 administration charge. Cancellations must be in writing. All refunds will be issued four weeks after the event. Cancellations received after 2008 September 30 and 'no-shows’ are subject to full registration fee and are non-refundable. If you register but are unable to attend, a substitute delegate will be accepted at no additional cost. Send cancellation or substitution requests to the CSA Secretariat.

    5. Hotel Policy
The CSA negotiates a special daily rate, plus tax, for persons registered for a Conference. However, delegates are de facto guests of the hotel and in this regard, abide by the normal policies, regulations and rules of the hotel. Please note that most hotels will apply a charge equivalent of one night's rate for ‘no shows’.
