ANCHORAGE: Deepwater anchorage available off the port.

PILOTAGE: Pilot boards vessel about half a mile from the sea buoy.

FACILITIES: Concrete finger pier, 185 meters in length, 30 ft depth alongside, with ro-ro ramp - Maximum draft alongside: 30 ft SW - Longest vessel: 150 meters LOA.

Tankers/LPG carriers: One berth of 185 meters length and 30 ft depth.

Cruise ships: None - Bulks: None.

MEDICAL AID: Emergency and minor medical facilities in Azua, 15 km from the port. Main hospital is in Santo Domingo, 130 km from the port.
