    ANCHORAGE: Deepwater anchorage available off the port.

    PILOTAGE: Pilot boards vessel about half a mile from the sea buoy.

    Tankers/LPG carriers: One berth of 185 meters length and 30 ft depth.

    MEDICAL AID: Emergency and minor medical facilities in Azua, 15 km from the port. Main hospital is in Santo Domingo, 130 km from the port.
