Devastation as earthquake hits
Devastation as earthquake hits ...
CSA pledges support for Haiti
President Carlos Urriola writes to Haitian people
2010, January 13:
The
Caribbean Shipping Association extends sincerest condolences to the Haitian
people on the occasion of the catastrophic earthquake that devastated your
country on
January 12,
2010
causing loss of life, personal injury and severe damage to infrastructure and
property.
At this time,
we have very little information about loss of life and the extent of the
damage. The little information we have however, suggests that your basic needs
over the coming months and years will be great.
The CSA stands
with you in this hour of disaster and pledges to do all in its power to assist
the recovery and rebuilding process. In this situation, you are not alone.
Carlos Urriola
President
