    Increasingly, a number of the Caribbean's most competitive companies, including port facilities, are involved in both cruise and cargo shipping. This  Strategic Management For Cargo and Cruise Operations training course will discuss and develop practical ways to position your company for this continuing trend.  This Course will therefore be of particular relevance to companies with the potential of handling both cruise and cargo shipping; as well as companies already servicing both aspects of the industry. Indeed,  Strategic Management For Cargo and Cruise Operations will enhance the strengths of the companies already operating in this manner.

     

    The success of organizational initiatives and individual leadership often depend on your ability to analyze your strengths and shortcomings. This course will look at various methods to diversify and identify new opportunities.

    Course Dynamics and Overview

    This training seminar is interactive and requires the participation of all attendees. This course also involves oral presentations as well as audio-visual material.  Each participant will receive a CD-Rom of the course work completed and other relevant materials.
