LEARN TO COOK SURINAMESE: Top
local chef and owner Patrick Woei, of the Culinary Institute of America, New
York, hosts a cooking class of popular and exotic Surinamese dishes. After
the cooking class, the spouses get a chance to taste their 'skills' during
lunch at Spice Quest.

CITY TOUR: On the way to culinary
workshop of Patrick Woei, spouses enjoy a scenic tour of the historical
sites of the old Dutch city of Paramaribo.

A VISIT TO MANTAMO: A visit
to the Amerindian reserve of Mantamo allows guests to witness traditional
pottery making.

EXPERIENCE A BUTTERFLY SANCTUARY:
The trip to Mantamo continues to the Neo-tropical Insects Farm, one of the
largest butterfly sanctuaries in South America. Experience the spectacle of
these colourful, delicate creatures flying free, feeding and breeding in
their natural habitat. The butterflies of South America are special.
