CSA membership is divided into two main categories - 'Ordinary' and 'Associate' Members.
Ordinary Members fall into four groups:
* Group A: Ships' agents and private stevedoring contractors including national shipping associations.
* Group B: Port and terminal owners and operators.
* Group C: Shipowners/operators -specifically those who have had regular services operating for at least two years within the Caribbean region.
* Group D: Non-vessel Operating Common Carriers
The Associate Members category comprises all persons and/or companies who may not be admitted to Ordinary Membership of the association. Associate Members are not entitled to vote at group or general meetings.
