ELIGIBILITY FOR MEMBERSHIP
The Caribbean Shipping Association accepts membership for any of its three Groups from bona fide entities operating in the Caribbean region.
Group A: Shipping Agents and Private Stevedoring Contractors (including national associations)
Group B: Port and Terminal Owners and Operators
Group C: Shipping Owners and Operators (specifically those who have had a regular service for at least two years in the Caribbean region).
The CSA defines Caribbean region in specific terms: the Greater and lesser Antilles, the Bahamas, Belize, Bermuda, French Guiana, Guyana, Suriname, Venezuela; and the areas of the United States of America, Mexico, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras and Guatemala that border the Caribbean Sea or the Gulf of Mexico.
